Course Description

In this course students will deepen their kinaesthetic sense by increasing their coordination, balance and dynamic alignment in order to free patterns of tension to prevent injuries and experience more ease. Students will learn to access more physical, emotional, and vocal presence using techniques and theories from the Alexander Technique, Body-Mind-Centering, Pilates, Laban, Viewpoints, and Ensemble Improvisation. This course is open to all levels; modifications will be offered as necessary for each person.
