CDIM 999 - Inclusive Media - Intensive

Course Description

Our Inclusive Media Intensive provides you with valuable hands-on training and theoretical learning in this growing field. In three short-format courses, you will explore re-speaking for live closed captioning (CC), use audio description software tools, learn effective script writing techniques, and understand the relevant industry regulations and legislation.

Courses included in the intensive package are:

CDIM 100 Inclusive Media and Regulations : June 26th - June 27th - 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
CDIM 101 Closed Captioning : Mon/Wed (July 5th - July 21st) 6:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
CDIM 102 Audio Description : Tue/Thur (July 13th - July 29th) 6:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

After completion of this Intensive program, complete either CDIM 103 Closed Captioning Advanced or CDIM 104 Audio Description Advanced to earn a Professional Development Award.
