Course DescriptionThis course focuses on providing superior quality client service in an intercultural environment. Students will learn the value of effective client service and how to provide it in an intercultural setting. In particular, students will learn how to deliver quality client service within the enterprise (e.g., to peers and management) as well as outside the enterprise (e.g., to paying customers and vendors).
