Course DescriptionThis course will provide students with practical skills and tools needed to become effective peer mentors and leaders. Students will also develop skills to enhance their individual career, academic, and personal goals. Students will participate in a reflective learning process where their mentoring experiences are shared with other students. They will learn how to transfer these skills (learned through mentoring and course work) to career and academic objectives.
