Course DescriptionThis course provides an opportunity for learners to apply techniques of research and evaluation to investigate public relations issues. Students will learn both qualitative and quantitative strategies for public relations practice. Working both individually and in small groups, student will conduct a systematic secondary research report and a primary research report; learn to create and apply online metrics platforms; and conduct a study of an organizational public relations campaign.
