Course Description

With prompts and short, timed writings, participants will be invited to express themselves freely to cultivate self-awareness, self-kindness, confidence, and more. The aim is to embrace whatever comes up without judgment and to work towards self-acceptance. Participants will learn how to engage better with fear, discomfort, uncertainty, in a safe and healthy way. Reflective writing can free us from distractions and distortions that keep us stuck, spiraling and stressed. Participants will have the option of creating something visual if they aren't inclined to write. Sharing each session will be optional.
