About onBoard Canada
A program of Ryerson University’s G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education, onBoard Canada provides online, self-paced, accessible governance training to anyone across Canada.
What we do:
Elevate the impact of boards through governance training
Fully trained and inclusive boards are better positioned to advance innovation, make better decisions, achieve results, and contribute to a stronger Canada.
Offer accessible governance training
Fully accessible, including to persons with disabilities, our online governance training is also affordably priced, and available to anyone in Canada.
Advance inclusive leadership
Truly inclusive boards include directors from all constituents. Our mission is to make not-for-profit and public sector leadership more effective, inclusive, and responsive to the communities they serve.
Deliver ongoing research & innovative solutions
We've built on our successes by continuously innovating and adapting our approach to advance not only effective not-for-profit and public governance but also inclusive leadership. A program of The Chang School of Continuing Education at Ryerson University, we collaborate with the Diversity Institute, Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University to bring you the latest research.
