Course Description
This course for students with an intermediate knowledge of Spanish uses a communicative approach to learning a new language. Students become increasingly familiar with complex sentence structures and with the vocabulary required for a sound working knowledge of the language. Appropriate cultural readings and exposure to the Spanish-speaking world are integral parts of the course.Notes
All students must take an interview/placement assessment before enrolling in this course.Supplies and materials to be purchased by the student: Additional supplies and materials are required (cost TBA).
On-campus exam requirement: Beginning Winter 2023, your final exam will be written in person at the Toronto Metropolitan University campus. If you live more than 100 km from the TMU campus, you may arrange to write your exam off campus using an approved off-campus invigilation service.
